Real Diamond Coating

A CVD multi-layer diamond coating that offer outstanding performance which are ideal for machining highly abrasive materials such as Zirconium oxide (Zirconia).

The lifespan of a diamond tool is several times higher than that of tools that are not coated with real diamond.

The difference is significant.

Diamond like carbon (DLC)

A PVD single-layer coating that offers high thermal stability, in addition to its high hardness and coating adhesion.

Titanium Silicon Nitride (TiSiN)

A PVD multi-layer coating characterized with low adhesion tendency. this coating allows working under high temperature of up to 1100°C thus making it Ideal for machining metals such as Titanium and Cobalt Chrome.
